Frequently Asked Questions
-
Land contracts can be a good arrangement for both parties. Sellers get what is essentially a secured loan with a solid rate of return. Buyers get financing that, in many cases, a bank wouldn’t provide. We help evaluate whether a land contract makes sense for your situation and prepare agreements designed to reduce risk.
-
Depending on the complexity of the transaction and the issues involved, the cost typically ranges from $350 to $600. In most cases we prepare the document within 24 to 48 hours. We also draft and review land contracts, leases, easements, deeds, and other real estate documents.

Any time the stakes are significant enough that you want someone in your corner. Common situations include property line disputes, foreclosures, purchase agreements, and lease negotiations. When in doubt, a free consultation is a good place to start.
