Robert assists clients with civil litigation, divorce, family law matters, business transactions, and bankruptcy. Robert has extensive litigation experience. His regular appearances in the courts throughout southeastern Michigan have allowed him to build strong professional relationships with court staff and fellow attorneys, helping cases move more efficiently. He resides in Tecumseh with his family and the office dog, Bruce.

Michelle Kapnick

Legal Assistant

Michelle has been a dedicated member of the firm for 25 years, bringing experience and continuity to client matters. She serves as the primary point of contact for estate planning clients and handles deed requests and real estate transactions.

Her work also includes business and corporate filings, as well as foreclosure and collection work. Over her tenure, Michelle has built strong, lasting relationships with clients and courthouse staff alike. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and resides in Tecumseh.

Legal Assistant

Kim is often the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in keeping the firm running smoothly. She has extensive knowledge of probate and bankruptcy filings and assists with divorce cases, litigation, and landlord-tenant issues. Kim also manages day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, billing, and accounts receivable. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Legal Studies from Eastern Michigan University.
