Robert M. Gross

Robert brings a wealth of litigation experience from his practice with the Detroit based Perkins Law Group. Since joining our practice, he has taken on probate, real estate, divorce, and bankruptcy cases. Robert takes pride in helping clients navigate difficult circumstances and resolving complex issues. He is delighted to be back in his hometown practicing law with his father.

Michelle Kapnick
Legal Assistant
Michelle is a valued member of our legal team. She maintains documents for estate clients, handles deed requests and prepares real estate transaction documents. Michelle keeps our client’s business and corporation filings as well as does foreclosures and collection work. In her tenure here, Michelle has built lasting relationships with both our clients and the courthouse staffs we work with regularly. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.
Kim Worobi
Legal Assistant
Kim is the friendly face that greets you when you arrive. Kim manages probate files and landlord tenant cases. In addition, she oversees day-to-day office operations, schedules appointments, and handles billing and accounts receivable. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Legal Studies from Eastern Michigan University.
